Pelvic Care Physical Therapy is a locally owned small business seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly with excellent customer service skills
Passionate about wellness, especially women’s and pelvic health
Comfortable with basic computer and internet use
Experienced in a medical or office setting (preferred, but not required)
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities may include:
Scheduling appointments and answering calls
Maintaining a clean and organized office
Managing inventory and supplies
Scanning and digital filing
Coordinating care through administrative calls
Position Details:
Starting at 2–3 days per week
Opportunity to remain part-time or grow into a full-time role as the practice expands
