Pelvic Care Physical Therapy is a locally owned small business seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly with excellent customer service skills

  • Passionate about wellness, especially women’s and pelvic health

  • Comfortable with basic computer and internet use

  • Experienced in a medical or office setting (preferred, but not required)

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities may include:

  • Scheduling appointments and answering calls

  • Maintaining a clean and organized office

  • Managing inventory and supplies

  • Scanning and digital filing

  • Coordinating care through administrative calls

Position Details:

  • Starting at 2–3 days per week

  • Opportunity to remain part-time or grow into a full-time role as the practice expands
