Kasandra Tuttle
Communications Director
Kasandra is our Communications Director, managing social media, website content, and supporting administrative tasks. She enjoys life at home with her husband and daughter, caring for their chickens and garden, and using creativity to help women feel more informed and supported.
After college, she began working in church and ministry settings where she developed an interest in communication and content creation. Since then, she has managed social media across multiple roles and is grateful to now focus on creating educational content that increases awareness around pelvic floor health.
After giving birth to her daughter, Kasandra realized how little she knew about pelvic health and experienced firsthand how impactful this care can be. That experience sparked a passion to help other women know that pelvic floor therapy exists, matters, and should be a normal part of women’s healthcare.
