Kasandra Tuttle
Communications Director
Kasandra is our Communications Director. She manages all of our social media, website, and helps with some admin. tasks. She loves caring for her daughter, tending to their chickens and garden, and using her creativity to help more women feel informed and supported.
Kasandra was born in Oklahoma, raised in Colorado, and went to college in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, earning a degree in Biblical Studies. After graduation, she returned to Oklahoma and interned at a church, where she met her husband and also began learning about social media content creation. Since then, she’s run social media for nearly every job she’s had and is grateful to now be in a role where she can focus on creating content that educates and spreads awareness about the importance of pelvic floor care.
She and her husband lived in Norman for a year while he finished his engineering degree, and they now enjoy the slower pace of small-town life. After giving birth to her daughter, Kasandra discovered how little she knew about pelvic health—until she needed help herself. That experience sparked a passion to make sure other women know this kind of care exists, is important, and should be a standard part of women’s health.
